Sonnerie GmbH grants a one-time return within 14 days.

 

Timely dispatch is sufficient to meet the deadline. The prerequisite is that you have only worn the goods to try them on, as in a retail shop, and that you have returned the goods complete and undamaged. We also ask that you send the goods back to us in the original packaging.

Once the return has been received and inspected, we will refund you. You will receive a confirmation email from us that we have received your return.

 

Refunds by Payment Method

The form of the refund varies depending on the payment method and is made within 14 days of receipt of the return.

 

The repayment is always made to the bank account you provided to Sonnerie GmbH. Please ensure that you have access to the bank account specified, as Sonnerie GmbH assumes no liability for this.
