Sonnerie GmbH grants a one-time return within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
Sending the item back in time is sufficient to meet the deadline. The prerequisite is that you have only tried the item on, as you would in a shop, and that you return it complete and undamaged. We also kindly ask you to return the item in its original packaging.
We inspect the returned item upon receipt. If it is in perfect, undamaged condition and complete, we will refund the full purchase price. If the item does not meet these requirements, a return is not possible.
Please note that the following items cannot be returned:
- Smartwatches
- Items ordered especially for you (special orders)
- Engraved items
- Watches whose strap or bracelet has been individually adjusted
- Watches and jewellery made of precious metals
- Bronze watches
All watches are delivered with a special protective sticker. If it is removed, damaged or tampered with, a return is not possible.

Refund
The refund is made within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the return, usually using the same payment method you used to pay for the order.
For payments made in advance by bank transfer, the refund is made to the account you have provided to Sonnerie GmbH. Please make sure that you have access to this bank account, as Sonnerie GmbH accepts no liability in this respect.
